Vintage turquoise necklace featuring handmade sterling Navajo pearls size 15

Gorgeous vintage Navajo pearl necklace with handmade beads and pendant in sterling silver and turquoise. This item as original patina so it needs a light cleaning. The back of the pendant has what looks like an attempt of an old repair. Looks fine to me but please view photos.
