This listing is for a vintage Navajo cuff bracelet handcrafted from Sterling Silver and Turquoise. NOTE: Please view all 23 photos.. Last 5 photos show cuff on a 6-1/4 wrist. This vintage cuff was handcrafted by a Navajo Artist during the mid century. This highly detailed design showcases a beautiful display of blue green turquoise clustered over a graduating shank of sterling silver.
All of the stones are in excellent condition, resting securely in sawtooth bezels, while hand stampings and droplets surround them. Classic Harvey Era stampings of thunderbirds and arrows follow down the shank to each end, finishing the design. The shank is crafted with heavy gauge sterling silver giving it a solid sturdier feel. A sterling mark is visible on the inner shank however, there is no Artist signature. The silver has been tested and we guarantee its purity of. This light weight cuff is comfortable and perfect for daily wear. It will make a great addition to any collection of vintage Native American jewelry. Add it to your collection today and wear with pride.Inside Measurement - The cuff measures just a hair under 5-3/8 around the inside from end to end. Gap - The gap measures just over 1" at 1-1/16". Adjusting the gap is possible with heavy force. Total Size (End To End + Gap) - The total size is just under 6-1/2" (6-7/16") and should fit a wrist between 6" and 6-1/2" comfortably. The gap may need to be adjusted a tiny bit larger for a 6-1/2 wrist.
Shank/Face Measurements - At front center the face measures just over 1-1/2" wide and slightly tapers down to just under 1/2" wide at each end. Stone Measurements - The long stones measure 3/8" long by just under 1/8" wide and the snake eye stones measure 1/8 wide. Signed By Artist - NO. Stamped Sterling - YES, tested and verified. Condition - Preowned, in excellent vintage condition, with original stones and naturally aged patina, ready to wear or display. I treat every item as if it were my own.
