Vintage 70s Navajo Sterling Silver Royston Turquoise Squash Blossom Necklace

This listing is for a vintage 1970s Navajo squash blossom necklace. This necklace was in my family for the last 50 years. Mother told me years ago that the stones used in this piece are from the Royston mine. The stones really do have beautiful dense color qualities with heavy matrixes. There is no signature by the Artist and no sterling stamp which was common of this era.

However, the silver has been acid tested and verified as sterling silver guaranteed. The blossoms are somewhat rare due to the fact that they are 4 petals instead of the typical three petals. There is no give whatsoever with the petals. Ive tried pushing and squeezing them and they wont budge...

This piece was made with a high quality heavy gauge sterling silver. A beautifully handcrafted piece in amazing vintage condition. Perfect size for daily wear!! The beads are handmade and strung on a sturdy foxtail chain. The necklace weighs 148 grams.

It has a length of 24 from end to end. The Naja measures 3 wide by 2.75 tall. The 12 squash blossoms graduate down in size from 1-1/2 long by the Naja too 1-3/8 long at the opposite end.
