This listing features a vintage turquoise and coral silver ring, handcrafted by Navajo Artist W. Weight - 11.5 Grams. Ring Face Measurements - The ring face measures 1-1/2" long by just over 3/4" wide. Stone Measurements - The turquoise stone measures 7/16" long by 3/8" wide and sits on top of the ring face at 1/4 high.

The coral measures 3/8" long by 1/4" wide. Signed by Artist - YES, Signed W. Stamped Sterling - NO, tested and verified. Later-Mid Century, 1970's +. Condition - Preowned, in excellent vintage condition with original stones and a naturally aged dark patina, ready to wear or display. Expertly handcrafted in the mid century, this ring is a beautiful example of classic Navajo work.

It features a long ring face boasting a gem grade Turquoise stone along with a single red coral. The turquoise portrays a soft green hue with subtle matrixes running throughout while the coral features a deep ox-blood red. Each stone rests securely in a sawtooth bezel over a hearty bed of silver while being surrounded by intricate silver works of silver droplets, leaf appliqués, and a hand stamped border along the edge. The dark oxidization below the stones intensifies their color while also creating depth and dimension to the ring.

The back of the ring has a fused double shank that splits at the sides and continues around the edge, thus creating the saddle design. It's a very sturdy band and in perfect round wearable shape. The Artist's signature is deeply stamped along the back of the ring face however, there is no sterling stamp.

The silver has been tested and proves to be. This vintage Navajo ring will make a great addition to any collection of fine Native American jewelry. Cherish and enjoy this ring before handing it down to a loved one in the future. I treat every item as if it were my own.
