In all of the years we have been collecting, this is the single, finest owl squash blossom necklace we have ever collected. The reason for that is that it is just HUGE! The pictures do not do this necklace justice, the bottom own pendant alone measures a whopping 4-3/4" X 3-1/4", WOW! This is definitely not one of the smaller inlaid owl squashes that is generally seen, it is gigantic.
The inlay on this necklace consists of natural old Sleeping Beauty turquoise, opal, coral, brown shell, onyx and mother of pearl. Resting throughout the necklace are phenomenal rounded silver beads with old natural patina and a traditional silver clasp. Signed by Navajo artist, SS.
